As an Energy Medicine Practitioner and Sound Therapist, Stacey Lynn helps people move beyond the grief of divorce, trauma and losing a loved one so that they can be present to create their life more fully. 

Stacey understands loss and grief. Twenty years ago, she lost her mother, her grandmother and a dear friend – all within three weeks. Her journey to integrate the experiences from the losses was a long one; but it brought her to where she is today.

As Stacey sought to find support and resources for these and other traumas, it became clear that the western model of medicine was limited in its ability to help and heal her. She then looked to alternative methods for healing and releasing the painful energy that filled her daily life.

Through several modalities of healing, including Sound Therapy, Energy Healing, Bio-feedback, Cranial Sacral, Breath Work and more, she experienced understanding, integration and was no longer victimized by the painful stuck feeling that had held her for years,

For over two decades, Stacey has studied healing modalities and uses these healing methods to help others release their own trauma and grief. Today, she is an Author, Facilitates Workshops, is certified in Energy Medicine, Cranial Sacral, Advanced Reiki,  Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care.  She works with, Sound, Light and Breath Therapies, Focused Nutrition, End of Life Care and Personal Coaching for Life Motivation.  She addresses the understanding and integration of wholeness in healing.

Over the course of many years of practicing alternative healing and working professionally in the hospice field, Stacey has assisted numerous people to leave this world peacefully, as well as encouraging and supporting those who experience the loss of a loved one. She is passionately determined to assist people in seeing the possibilities in these experiences, rather than feeling trapped and victimized by the circumstances of their life.
